I am a clinical psychologist with 25 years experience working in wide variety therapeutic approaches, mainly in the public health sector. I have an Honours Degree in psychology and a Masters Degree in clinical psychology. The foundations of my practice are respect, collaboration and empowerment. I have experience in many short and long term therapies and I am guided by the individual needs of each person I see. I work to create a safe space where people can reflect, engage with their thoughts and feelings and find their own path to healing.
My particular expertise is in the effects of interpersonal violence and neglect, helping many hundreds of individuals work through issues such as post traumatic stress, depression, anxiety, self esteem problems, relationship difficulties, addiction and eating problems.
