Michelle Tadros

Michelle is our principal clinical psychologist. She has been working with clients to help them reflect, grow and transform their lives for more than ten years and draws on a large body of experience in public and private mental health settings.

She has worked with clients to help them: overcome depression, find direction and purpose, cope with difficult relationships and relationship break down, reduce comfort eating and develop a healthy relationship with food, overcome panic attacks and anxiety, improve their self esteem and deal with highly pressured work environments.

Michelle holds a
Bachelor of Arts - First Class Honours in Psychology – and a Master of Psychology (Clinical) – both from the University of Sydney. She is a member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association and holds a certificate in clinical hypnosis.

Alison Grundy

Alison has worked as a psychologist and clinical psychologist for 25 years in a variety of private and public health settings. She is passionate about helping people understand themselves, work through their difficulties, and feel more empowered in their lives and relationships.

Alison holds a
Bachelor of Arts Degree with Honours in Psychology and a Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Psychology. She is a therapist, health service manager and guest lecturer at Wollongong University in the field of sexual assault and interpersonal violence.

Dr Russell Downham
Psychologist

Russell is a psychologist specialising in evidence-based cognitive-behavioural interventions for adults struggling with anxiety, depression, and distressing life experiences. He employs a flexible, results-driven approach, working together with individuals to identify and change the particular patterns of thought and behaviour that stand in the way of their happiness.

Before acquiring a
Masters of Clinical Psychology, Russell completed a PhD in Philosophy. He is passionate about helping people to uncover the personal strengths and values that empower and motivate them to make the changes they need in their lives. To this end he enjoys helping people to achieve clarity about personal dilemmas, interpersonal conflicts, or questions of life purpose and priorities.

Russell is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS) and the Australian Association of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (AACBT), and is registered with the Psychology Board of Australia.

Dr Veronica Vatiliotis

Veronica is a Clinical Psychologist who uses evidence-based treatments to help improve clients’ health and well being. She has a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Sydney and has more than six years of university training. She is committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for clients to discuss their concerns, and work together to create meaningful change. She has a background primarily in the public health sector.

Veronica has experience in many areas, with a special interest in mood disorders, particularly depression and anxiety. Veronica holds a
Doctor of Clinical Psychology/Master of Science from The University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from Macquarie University. She is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS) and holds registration with the Psychology Board of Australia.

Crystal Boza

Crystal has worked in both public and private health settings helping people with depression, anxiety and substance use issues, in addition to supporting people as they undergo major life transitions and cope with stressful life events.
Crystal uses evidence-based treatments, such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) to improve people’s wellbeing and quality of life. While she works from a primarily CBT approach, she is also well versed in a number of additional therapeutic modalities including
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Schema Therapy which enables her to tailor a treatment program to suit each individual’s needs.
Crystal
holds a Master of Psychology (Clinical) and a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) both from the University of Western Sydney.

Dr Caroline Brodrick

Caroline is a clinical psychologist with experience working within the public health sector and for an Australian government agency. She is passionate about developing a collaborative therapeutic relationship and providing client focused treatment to achieve individual goals. She believes in the importance of providing evidence based therapies and adapting different modalities of therapies to achieve client focused results.
Caroline works effectively with clients to treat a range of issues including depression, anxiety, adjustment, grief, anger and stress. She also has several years of experience working within the field of rehabilitation psychology to support individuals as they adjust to neurological illnesses and acquired brain injuries. She has experience supporting families and carers of clients diagnosed with an acquired brain injury and providing support under Compulsory Third Party Insurance and Lifetime Care and Support.
Caroline
holds a  Doctorate of Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) with First Class Honours both from The Australian National University (ANU).

In working with clients, my focus is on resolving past and current issues, and developing awareness and resilience so that they can cope and adjust during times of impasse or transition. I respect the uniqueness of every person, couple or family. My aim is to facilitate insight and the skills needed to change recurrent patterns of unhelpful behaviour, thinking and relating that result in distress and dissatisfaction. I offer both short and longer-term therapy.
I have worked in both private practice and public mental health spheres and was a faculty lecturer and supervisor in clinical psychology programs for over 20 years. I have over 30 years experience as a psychologist and practiced 14 years as a clinical psychologist. I have authored and presented numerous workshops and colloquia, and authored a self-help book, The Story-Telling Solution To Low Self-Esteem (2014).
My clients are from multicultural and multinational backgrounds. I work with adults, couples, and families.
